Account openingFor opening an account a Client must provide the following documents:
a) individuals 1. copy of passport,
2. application for opening an account in compliance with stated form.
b) legal entities 1. copy of state registration certificate,
2. copy of charter,
3. copy of resolution on appointment of director (CEO) or statement from that resolution (unless there is corresponding note in the state registration certificate),
4. if the entity also has another authorized person, also document verifying authorities of that person
5. copies of passports of director (CEO) and authorized persons (if any),
6. application for opening an account in compliance with stated form.
