Armenbrok interested in placing six companies' shares to be privatized through the stock exchange
There is already a program to realize IPO of six companies, which will be privatized through the NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, Aram Kayfajyan, CEO of "Armenbrok" investment consulting and brokerage company told journalists in Yerevan. According to him, the government of Armenia and other trusts are actively involved in this process.
Once the relevant documents are ready for organizing public privatization, "Armenbrok" will consider companies' attractiveness to its customers. "If these companies are attractive to our investors, we will take part in the placement of shares in these companies," he said.
Armenbrok establishes Business Academy
Armenbrok Investment Brokerage and Consulting Company has announced establishment of Forex and international securities market departments, the company's press office said.
Thanks to an agreement signed with Finam Russian Investment Company, Armenbrok's clients will be offered an opportunity to clinch deals at leading international exchanges and at Forex market on conditions specifically developed for Armenia.
Besides, Armenbrok will establish Business Academy, whose graduates will get a Finam certificate.
