
Every client of ARMENBROK OJSC has a right to submit a Note of Protest to the Company in case of any dissatisfaction. Terms and condition of submitting and discussing Notes of Protests of Clients are regulated by the Rules of Internal Audit Department of the Company presented below.
A Client can submit a Note of Protest by one of the following means:
- personally in the Office of ARMENBROK at the address 32/1 Tigran Mets avenue, Yerevan, Armenia
- via email at the address manaselyan@armenbrok.com
Individuals can also submit a note of protest to the Mediator of Financial System of RA.
According to the 65 article of the Law on “Securities Market”, 11th clause of regulation 4/07 on “Requirements to the companies rendering investment services” and Regulation 8/03 on “Information disclosure by banks, credit unions, insurance companies, insurance brokers, investment companies, Central Depository and money transfer agencies”, any person has a right to receive the following information from ARMENBROK OJSC about:
- ARMENBROK OJSC and provided services
- securities, where can be invested the funds of a client
- the terms and conditions of transactions
- fees and expenses related to transactions
- any other information which is subject to publication
ARMENBROK will deliver the above presented information after three days of submitting of correspondent application, except cases when there is no time frame for the relevant information. The application can be submitted by one of the following means:
- personally in the Office of ARMENBROK
- via regular mail by the address 32/1 Tigran Mets avenue, Yerevan, Armenia
- via email at the address manaselyan@armenbrok.com
