Custody services are provided to owners of securities (shares and bonds) including individuals, companies, asset managers and other custodians. The subject of custody can be any security, issued in Armenia as well as in other foreign country.
Within the framework of custody activity, we offer our customers the following services:
- opening and maintaining securities depo account
- registering the ownership right towards corresponding security
- acting as a nominee holder of securities for other custodians and shareholder service providers
- distributing information or a document from the issuer and/or custodian to customer and vice versa in order to realize all the rights entitled by the security.
- implementing all the corporate actions related to the securities accrued on the owner’s account
- registering pledging or other seizure of the securities, accrued on the owner’s account
- providing customers statements and reports on executed transactions with the securities accrued on his/her account
- acting on behalf of clients on shareholder meetings
- providing the customer with information about securities market, financial and operating condition of the issuer
- consulting the customer on securities/investments registration systems
- providing the customer with other services, which are not prohibited by laws and other legislative acts.
