At present our Company is the only investment company in Armenia that has a status of Open Joint-Stock company and more than 30 shareholders from 11 countries.
On 08.08.2011 the Central Bank of Armenia registered the amendment of OJSC "ARMENBROK" charter due to the reduction of the chartered capital. The corresponding decision was confirmed at the extraordinariy meeting on 17.05.2011.
The chartered capital of the company is 267 150 000 (two hundred sixty million one hundred fifty thousand) AMD, that makes 267 150 regular nominal shares, the value of each share is equal to 1 000 AMD.
