Hayk Manaselyan, Head of Internal Audit Department
Hayk Manaselyan was born in 1983. 1999-2004 studied at Yerevan State Economic Institute, department of Financial Accounting. 2002-2004 worked in “IT BrokDilTrust”Ltd. firstly as CEO then as Head of Internal Audit Department. 2006-2007 he was the Vice-President of the Regulatory Commission at Armenian Stock Exchange. Since September 2010 he has been working in Yerevan State Economic University as a lecturer. Also he has worked at "Business Kartughar" Ltd. as a CEO since October 2010. Since 2004 Mr. Manaselyan has worked at OJSC "ARMENBROK" as Head of Inner Regulations Department, and starting from 2008 as the Head of Internal Audit department

Siranush Khlghatyan was born in 1977. 1994-1999 studied at Yerevan State Economic Institute, department of Financial Accoutning. Since 1999 she has worked in more than 10 financial and non-financial organizations as an Accountant or Chief Accountant. Since May 2008 she has worked at OJSC "Armebrok" as Chief Accountant. Married, has two children.

Araksya Harutyunyan was born in 1983. 2001-2006 studied at Yerevan State Economic Institute, department of Enviromental Economics of the faculty of General Economic. June 2006 - July 2007 has worked at OJSC "Armenbrok" as Economist-Analyst. July 2007-October 2010 she was a Broker-Cashier at OJSC "Armenbrok", later and till now as the Head of Securities Based Operations Department.
