The first business forum “Eurasian breakthrough” was organized within EXPO-RUSSIA ARMENIA 2012 5th anniversary exhibition in Yerevan, Head of the coordinating committee of "The Role of NGOs in the formation of the Eurasian Union” International Forum Andrey Smirnov said.
